DUE TO COVID 19 THERE MAY BE SOME CARRIER SHIPPING DELAYS. WE ARE STILL PROCESSING ORDERS WITHIN A NORMAL TIME FRAME. EXPEDITED ORDERS ARE STILL SHIPPED OUT SAME DAY AND REGULAR ORDERS ARE SHIPPED OUT WITHIN 24-48 HOURS. SHIPPING TIMES MAY BE DIFFERENT - PLEASE UNDERSTAND WE HAVE NO CONTROL. Shipping Information
Our shipping department works from 9am - 9pm EST. Below is a breakdown of shipping timeframes, including the time it takes us to ship out, and the time you should expect your order to arrive.
Standard Shipping:
Time to build and leave our warehouse is around 48 hours.
Time to arrive to your address is around 4-8 days.
Example, if you order on Monday, you're likely to receive your item on Friday or Saturday.
Rush Orders Processing:
Time to build and leave our warehouse is less than 24 hours.
Time to arrive to your address is around 2-4 days.
Example, if you order on Monday, you're likely to receive your item on Wednesday or Thursday.
International Shipping Information:
Canada & USA: We offer free first class mail shipping.
Canada Expedited: We offer priority international shipping for $35.
All other countries: First Class Mail shipping is $25.
International transit times vary by country. International shipping takes anywhere from 4-25 days.
Return Information
Products that have been used:
If you have installed the product and are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us to arrange a return. If the return is mailed back to us within 30 days you will be refunded in full - less shipping costs. If you have used the item and return the item after the 30 day window, you will be charged a 15% restocking fee plus shipping costs.
We do not accept returns after 60 days from date of purchase.
Products that have not been installed:
If your return has not been used, and you return it, you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee as well as shipping costs. This is because all parts are made to order and resources are used when building product(s) for your specific order. We'll work with you on a case by case basis to avoid charging this fee.
All returns must be authorized prior to sending back to us. If you mail back a purchase without contacting us, we may not accept your return.
